SHIPPING

Payment must be received before any item will be shipped. Packages shipped within the
continental US will use the US Postal Service Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation and
are generally shipped within 48-72 hours. Delivery is usually within 4-6 days. Orders are
shipped out regular business days Monday through Friday. Express and overnight
delivery are available in most cases, for added cost. Payment for express delivery must
be received before item is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders to Canada will be shipped using US Postal Service First Class mail,
unless otherwise specified. International Orders to Countries in Europe will be shipped
U.S. Postal Service International Priority and have additional shipping charge. Delivery is
estimated between 7-14 days. Shipping charge for appropriate destination will be
automatically added when purchasing products, all orders must be completed before
order will be processed and shipped. International customers may be asked to submit a
photocopy of their credit card along with a copy of a photo ID. In addition, large orders
from first-time customers may require you to send us a bank transfer in lieu of paying by
credit card.

REFUND & EXCHANGE

No refunds will be given unless otherwise stated, exchanges will be allowed within 30 days
of purchase. In order to keep our prices low, shipping will not be refunded, buyer will pay
for any shipping on exchanged items.

CARS ETC reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Updated
versions of the Terms of Use will appear on this Site and are effective immediately. User is
responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms. Continued use of the Site after any such
changes constitutes User's consent to such changes.
